At Chef J BBQ in Kansas City, we serve Texas Style Cue’. YES, you heard me right, Texas Style Cue’ in the middle of downtown Kansas City. It’s hard to understand what makes this style of barbecue unique from traditional KC BBQ if you’re not familiar with Central Texas Cue.
